Montreal based Photographer serving Greater Montreal, Mont Tremblant and the Outaouais regions
While Street photography is not my main niche, it is something I dabble in from time to time. In this series of photos I was examining the prolific use of cell phones in an urban environment. I remember the days when I was growing up where people use to walk around with books, magazines and huge newspapers opened up on public transit. Now a days everything is in the palm of your hands and we all look like Zombies with our cells in hand mindlessly walking around without any regard to what's happening around you. Times may change, but people are still the same, just new ways to distract ourselves, however I think it's reach epidemic scales in 2026.
